Dining in Drakensberg

CATHKIN ARMS
Situated off the main dining room, Cathkin Arms is a popular meeting spot, especially on big sports days where a large screen TV broadcasts the action. The bar is open from 10h00 'til late. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in Cathkin Arms after 19h00.

COCKTAIL BAR
The Cocktail Bar is open for pre-dinner drinks from 18h00 onwards and is situated at the entrance to the Restaurant.

Drakensberg Restaurant

Dining in Drakensberg in our humble opinion needs to be hearty and wholesome with a selection of choices for the varied pallet. Therefore we offer buffet dining for our version of the Drakensberg Restaurant.

A typical buffet menu would consist of:

STARTERS
A wide selection of Cold Starters and Hot Starters, a Hot "Soup of the Day" and a selection of Garden Fresh Salads
GRILL
The Chef's choice of fish - Cooked to order
CARVERY
A choice of two Roasts of the Day garnished with roast potatoes and accompanied by a choice of gravies
CASSEROLES
A choice of Three casseroles and one Pasta dish.
STIR FRY SELECTION
Freshly prepared raw ingredients are cooked to order with a choice of sauces, herbs and spices
CHEESE BOARD
A choice of assorted cheeses and biscuits.
DESSERTS
Six assorted desserts including one hot dessert and a choice of 2 ice-cream flavors & homemade pancakes – cooked to order.
